Ministry of Health confirms 29 new Coronavirus cases, one new death

The Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that 29 new Coronavirus cases were registered in Lebanon, bringing the total number of cases to 1220.

 

In its daily report, the ministry said that only 2 cases were locally transmitted and the rest 27 cases were recorded among the Lebanese returnees.

 

The ministry added that 1494 PCR tests were conducted during the past 24 hours, including 344 tests at the airport.

 

Also, one death was registered among the Coronavirus patients during the past 24 hours, which brings the number of deaths to 27 in total in Lebanon.
