Companies owned by Bin Talal lose lawsuit filed against Pierre el-Daher
A new award was issued by the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris in which the companies owned and controlled by Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal lost the arbitrary proceedings filed against chairman and CEO of the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International (LBCI) Pierre El Daher in person.

The subject of the lawsuit is the management contract of Pierre El-Daher for Rotana TV, LMH, LBC+, LBCSAT and Pac Ltd.

The award was issued by three arbitrators: A French, an American and a British.

Pierre el-Daher is the Chairman & CEO of the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International, LBCI, Lebanon's number one television channel. 

Pierre El Daher holds a Bachelor and Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California and resides in Lebanon with his wife Randa Saad and family.
