Protesters hold sit-in outside Sidon Central Bank

A number of Lebanese citizens held on Tuesday a sit-in outside the Central Bank in the southern city of Sidon against the deteriorating economic situation and the possible spending cuts.

The protesters blamed the ruling elite for the current situation, vowing that they continue their protests in the streets until their demands are met.
