Kettaneh to LBCI on securing incurable and chronic medicines: Situation has become extremely dangerous
Lebanese Red Cross Secretary-General George Kettaneh, called on Friday for greater caution in securing incurable and chronic medicines, stating that the situation has become extremely dangerous.

Kettaneh stated during an interview with Nharkom Said TV that there is a Red Cross mobile clinic and Red Cross dispensaries to provide citizens with medicines and other medical needs, adding that "medicines we get are either from donations or external funding."
He also mentioned that while patients are being transferred to the hospital, some of them are in poor condition due to a lack of medication.

He stated that the presence of a fresh US dollar solves the problem because medicines, hospitalization, health security, and other services can be secured.
