Mahfoud to LBCI: Not approving the pay scale will lead to a revolution in the country

Former head of the Private Schools Teachers Association Nehme Mahfoud asserted on Saturday that the decision made by the Constitutional Council to repeal the tax hike law asserts that “some sides are ruling the country in the wrong way.”

Mahfoud’s comments were made during a phone call with Nharkom Said TV show whereby he said that not approving the pay scale will lead to “a revolution in the country.”

“I blame the politicians for all of this, and no employee will head to work and will resort to the streets,” he concluded by saying.
