The company that owns the “Eden Bay” project filed a lawsuit against MTV, in implementation to the verdict issued by the Urgent Matters Court of Beirut and the judge, banning said TV station from mentioning the “Eden Bay” project, under penalty of a coercive fine.
The lawsuit presented comes after the TV station violated the court’s decision, demanding a fine of LBP 180 million, the state-run National News Agency reported.
