Head of the Kataeb party MP Samy Gemayel called on Environment Minister and head of the Council for Development and Reconstruction to resign for failing to assume the responsibility of the waste crisis.
Gemayel noted that they will resort to international judiciary in the issue of garbage, adding that today’s scenes (referring to the piles of garbage covering the Zouk Mosbeh – Nahr al-Kalb shores) are nothing but a natural consequence of neglect.
