Speaker Nabih Berri received Tuesday in Ain Tineh the newly appointed head of the Saudi diplomatic mission in Beirut, Minister Plenipotentiary Walid Boukhari, after his re-assignment; and they discussed the latest developments and the bilateral relations.
Bukhari said that he confirmed to Speaker Berri’s the kingdom’s keenness on supporting Lebanon’s security and stability.
On another note, Berri deemed the decree to open an extraordinary parliament session "not necessary".
