Speaker Nabih Berri said Monday that his insistence on one the oil blocks in the south is to send a signal to Israel that Lebanon’s rights will not be given up.
During his meeting with social media activists, Berri stressed that he does not have any enemies in Lebanon, but political differences with some parties, reiterating that the only enemy is Israel.
In this regard, the speaker that that the only thing preventing the Israeli attacks against the oil wealth is the resistance, pointing out that the alliance with Hezbollah is not a Shiite duo, but hope and loyalty, stressing that they have never monopolized any electoral district.
“Washington will not dare striking the Syrian territories before ensuring protection to the Zionist enemy,” he stated.
