Truck carrying Captagon pills seized in Tripoli

The Lebanese Armed Forces announced on Saturday that a Lebanese national identified only by his initials as H. L. was arrested while trying to smuggle a truck carrying about 190 kilograms of Captagon pills hidden inside a secret cache in the port of the northern city of Tripoli.

The army said that the operation was carried out in cooperation with the Intelligence Directorate and the Directorate General of the State Security.

This as Interrogations were launched with the arrestee under the supervision of the competent authorities.
