MP Michel el-Murr, being the oldest member of the new parliament, called Tuesday for a Parliament session to be held on Wednesday at noon, to elect the speaker, the deputy speaker and the council’s bureau, in accordance with the provisions of the Article 44 of the Lebanese Constitution.
MP el-Murr had arrived to the Parliament to extend the invitation, then left without making any statement.
