The Future parliamentary bloc held a meeting on Tuesday, under the chairmanship of Saad Hariri at Beit al-Wasat, with the attendance of newly elected MPs.
The bloc vowed to engage in national and legislative missions with a priority to serve the Lebanese people across the Lebanese regions, stressing its commitment to the economic, social and developmental program launched during the electoral campaign.
The parliamentary bloc expressed confidence in the Hariri and his choices, nominating him for premiership in the required parliamentary consultation, expected to be conducted with the start of the new parliament’s mandate.
The bloc also announced that it would support outgoing Speaker Nabih Berri for reelection to the post.
