Hasbani: Lebanon is still in a leading position in its health sector

Caretaker Minister of Health and Deputy Prime Minister Ghassan Hasbani asserted on Wednesday that Lebanon is still in a leading position in its health sector despite “the little funding.”

Hasbani also noted that the budget of his ministry needs a huge increase in order to meet the needs of all hospitals.

“We launched an initiative to distribute this budget on all hospital in a scientific manner according to the size of each hospital and the services they provide across the Lebanese territories,” he added.
