Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri affirmed Monday that communication in ongoing with everyone and nothing stops him from meeting caretaker Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil, pointing out that they are not enemies.
During a chat with journalists, he added that they are communicating to build a positive atmosphere and they were able to cool-off the political speech between the Lebanese Forces and the FPM and this lead to positives results.
Hariri affirmed that he will be meeting with President Michel Aoun soon, stressing that he wants the new government to be based on national consensus.
“I am the prime minister-designate and I will form the cabinet in agreement with the president, and all the parties and political blocs will be represented in the government,” he explained.
