Director General of the General Security Major General Abbas Ibrahim showed his appreciation for the sacrifices of Red Cross and Red Crescent in Lebanon and the rest of the world. He stressed that the General Directorate of General Security will continue to support both organizations.
His comments were made during his meeting with a delegation that included the Head of Lebanese Red Cross Dr. Antoine Zoghbi, the Director of International Union of Red Cross and Red Crescent in the Middle East and North Africa Sayyed Hachem and the Secretary General of the Lebanese Red Cross Georges Kettaneh.
In turn, the delegation expressed gratitude to Maj. Gen. Ibrahim for his continuous support and facilitations provided by the General Directorate of General Security for the Red Cross and Red Crescent.
