Parliament passes draft law enhancing health care system, amid reservations of Kataeb MPs

The Parliament passed Tuesday a draft law allowing the conclusion of a loan agreement offered by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, to implement a project aimed at enhancing the health care system in Lebanon, amid reservations expressed by Kataeb deputies.

Caretaker Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil said that Lebanon must take advantage of these loans with very low interest rates since the revenues are limited.

It is worth mentioning that this project comes within the frame of CEDRE plans.
