On Wednesday October 17, 2018, the fuel prices in Lebanon continued to surge, as the price of 98 octane gasoline rose 100 LBP, diesel 300 LBP, while the price of gasoline 95 octane remained unchanged.
The table issued by Ministry of Energy and Water set the prices of hydrocarbon derivatives as follows:
- Gasoline 95 octane: 28,500 LBP
- Gasoline 98 octane: 29,200 LBP
- Diesel Oil: 21,200 LBP
