The Parliament passed Monday during its evening session the law pertaining to the Missing and Forcibly Disappeared Persons after the deputies voted on all the articles, including Article 37.
The law will establish a solid legal base for a humanitarian mechanism to give long-awaited answers to thousands.
Article 37 calls for prosecuting all those who caused, participated in or incited on the disappearance.
