On Wednesday November 14, 2018, the fuel prices in Lebanon registered a significant decrease, as the price of 98 and 95 octane gasoline dropped 800 LBP, that of diesel 400 LBP, while the price of gas dropped 700 LBP.
The table issued by Ministry of Energy and Water set the prices of hydrocarbon derivatives as follows:
- Gasoline 95 octane: 26,500 LBP
- Gasoline 98 octane: 27,100 LBP
- Diesel Oil: 20,700 LBP
- Gas Canister: 15,100 LBP
