A Lebanese flag was raised on a 15-meter long mast in the northern city of Tripoli, marking Independence Day and Flag Day. A marble plate indicating the occasion was also set up in the central park outside the city’s municipal building.
The municipality has organized this activity in cooperation with the Association of University Students in the North and the National Council for the Lebanese flag.
