Former PM Najib Mikati declared Wednesday that Speaker Nabih Berri informed him that he is seeking to repair the oil line between Iraq and al-Baddawi, noting that this is a vital project and ensures job opportunities for the youth.
Concerning the cabinet, Mikati stated from Ain al-Tineh following his meeting with Berri that the cabinet formation is a joint responsibility, stressing that President Aoun and PM Hariri cannot be held responsible.
Mikati called on the parties to put an end to stubbornness and obstinacy, urging them to speed up the cabinet formation.
“I will not accept to waive a minister and I want to participate in the governmental work, he said, answering a question.
