Member of the Development and Liberation bloc MP Ali Bazzi declared that Speaker Nabih Berri will call for consecutive legislative session, adding that he stressed the need for the caretaker cabinet to hold a session to refer the budget to the parliament.
Following Wednesday’s deputies gathering, MP Bazzi noted that Berri sees the importance for all the parties to rise above the divisions and focus on forming a cabinet, especially after the recent report by Moody’s.
Bazzi also stressed the need to have a balance in the concessions presented for the cabinet formation, adding that Speaker Berri built his optimism on remarks made by Hariri.
