President Michel Aoun voiced appreciation to the members of the Finance and Budget Committee for quickly finishing their work and referring the 2019 draft budget to the parliament’s general assembly.
Addressing a delegation of Lebanese Maronite bishops living abroad, Aoun said that Lebanon has overcome a very difficult phase inflicted by the wars and terrorism in the region and needs time to rise back up.
