Mufti Derian meets PSP delegation

Mufti of the Lebanese Republic Sheikh Abdel Latif Derian met on Monday at the Dar al-Fatwa with a Progressive Socialist Party’s delegation headed by former minister Ghazi Aridi.

Talks reportedly tackled the necessity to resort to the state’s authority and its institutions, adding that law must be implemented “fairly without discretion.”

This as Aridi asserted that questioning the security apparatuses by any official by contradicts with keenness on Lebanon’s stability.
