The retired military personnel staged a sit-in in Beirut downtown, during the parliament session discussing the 2019 budget draft law, amid tight security measures, turning the vicinity of the parliament into an isolated area.
The retired servicemen are protesting against measures taken in the budget to reduce their wages and allocations, as they said.
