MP Jamil al-Sayyed stressed Tuesday that public funds cannot be independent from control and censorship.
In an intervention during the parliament session held to discuss the budget, al-Sayyed said that “nothing in the budget saves the country since it is a repeat to all previous budgets and an attempt to escape forward.”
