Bou Saab: There have been no deals during meeting with retired Major Generals

Defense Minister Elias Bou Saab voiced on Friday regrets to “seeing retired soldiers in the street to defend their rights.”

Bou Saab’s comments were made from the Parliament whereby he noted that "the deduction will affect only the basic salary of officers and not the servicemen.

"There have been no deals during my meeting with the retired Major Generals,” he added.

“I only briefed them about the articles that were submitted to be voted on,” Bou Saab concluded by saying.
