Minister Hassan Khalil: Lebanon starts procedures to issue bonds in October

Minister of Finance Ali Hassan Khalil said on Monday that Lebanon has started preparatory procedures for the issuance of bonds amounting to two billion US dollars to be conducted in October in order to finance the needs of the state.

The minister’s comments were made to Reuters whereby he noted that interests are linked to the market.
