Salameh to LBCI from Abu Dhabi: It’s important for Lebanon to have financial relations with UAE

Banque Du Liban Governor Riyad Salameh asserted on Monday that the Lebanese UAE Investment Conference showcases the support that Lebanon receives from the UAE.

“We hope that the conference will generate positive results on the economic and financial situation,” Salameh told LBCI from Abu Dhabi.

"There is no doubt that it is important for Lebanon to have more developed financial relations with the UAE," he said.

He also concluded by noting that there are intentions for more close financial ties with the central bank.
