Sources told LBCI that the Association of Banks in Lebanon has placed during a meeting held on Sunday a series of measures related to a work mechanism between the bank employees and the customers, adding that these 8 measures will be discussed during a meeting between the ABL and the Federation of Syndicates of Bank Employees to be held on Monday, based on which a decision will be issued regarding the strike.
The banking sources stressed that these measures will be temporary and exceptional and will be cancelled once the cabinet is formed.
The same sources noted that a ceiling will be fixed for withdrawal of funds in US dollar, while the withdrawal in the Lebanese Pound will be unlimited.
