Sources told LBCI that Attorney General at the Court of Cassation Judge Ghassan Oweidat stressed that the case of MP Hady Hbeish is flagrante delicto, and asked Beirut Attorney General Judge Ziad Abou Haidar to charge the deputy.
In turn, Judge Abi Haidar charged Hbeish and referred the case to the investigative judge.
