Beirut First Investigative Judge George Rizk issued a decision on Friday to release Director-General of the Traffic and Vehicles Management Authority Hoda Salloum.
On Wednesday, Mount Lebanon Public Prosecutor Judge Ghada Aoun had ordered the arrest of Salloum on charges of bribery, forgery, waste of public funds, illegal enrichment and breach of duties.
