British Ambassador to Lebanon Chris Rampling voiced “his concern by the scenes and injuries yesterday (Saturday).”
In a post via his Twitter account, he said: “As the UK and international partners have consistently stated, violence and intimidation are dangerous. And the right to peaceful protest must be protected. I welcome the probe requested by @rayaelhassan.”
