MEA flight carrying 122 Lebanese nationals arrives in Beirut
A Middle East Airlines flight that took off from the Hamad International Airport in Doha arrived in Beirut airport, carrying 122 passengers on board.

The passengers will then be transported to a nearby hotel pending the results of their tests.

Lebanon’s embassy in Qatar, headed by Ambassador Farah Berri, distributed passengers based on priority and that as per the criteria stated in the Cabinet’s circular - such as entry under a visitor visa, the elderly, or people with health problems.

The embassy’s statement also praised the role played by MEA, as well as the Lebanese community in Qatar, which contributed to paying for tickets for people who were unable to bear the expenses of the trip.
