Daylight saving time to end Thursday October 24 at midnight
The Prime Ministry issued on Monday a memorandum whereby it declared the end of work by summer working hours.              

It added that the daylight saving time will end at midnight Thursday-Friday 24-25 of October local time, where the clock will be moved back one hour.
