Daylight saving time to end Saturday October 24 at midnight

The Prime Ministry issued a memorandum number 171 whereby it declared the end of work by summer working hours.

It added that the daylight saving time will end at midnight Sat-Sun 24-25 of October local time, where the clock will be moved back to Sat 11:00 PM.
