Protests gather in Tripoli, throw stones at Serail

A number of protesters gathered on Wednesday in the Abdel Hamid Karameh Square in the northern city of Tripoli holding Lebanese flags and chanting slogans against the ruling elite and calling for holding the corrupt accountable.

This as another group of protesters gathered outside the Tripoli Serail and threw stones and Molotov cocktails at the building amid a heavy deployment of security forces.
