MEA issues new conditions of entry for Lebanese travelers to Belgium and the Netherlands
The Middle East Airlines - Lebanese Airways announced that "in addition to France, Cyprus, Germany, Denmark and Greece, Belgium and the Netherlands have allowed Lebanese holding a Visa Type C visa to enter their territories."

It pointed out that "some exceptions apply to some residents of Lebanon holding foreign passports that allow them to enter Belgium and the Netherlands without obtaining a prior visa, as they are currently not allowed to travel without obtaining a necessary travel permit from the concerned embassy."

As for the mandatory entry condition to both Belgium and the Netherlands, it is only to fill the following:

- The Passenger locator form via this link
- The Passenger locator form via this link (starting 24/6/2021)

There are no other required procedures such as a PCR test result or an official vaccination certificate.
