On Thursday October 19, 2021, Ambassador Dorothy Shea oversaw a donation of medications to the Hôpital Psychiatrique de la Croix.
This delivery was part of a $1 million shipment of much-needed psychotropic medications from the United States for Hospital de la Croix and the American University of Beirut Psychiatric Center.
The donation showcases the ongoing support of the United States for the people of Lebanon and was made possible by generous help from Direct Relief International, People to People Aid and the American Taskforce for Lebanon.
