Grillo meets newly appointed IMF official Lima

French ambassador Anne Grillo said on Tuesday that the appointment of the International Monetary Fund’s permanent representative in Lebanon Frederico Lima is a step that confirms the IMF’s commitment toward Lebanon and its people.

 

Grillo’s comments were made after meeting with Lima whereby she said that France, as the entire International community, is still adamant on accompanying the Lebanese in the implementation of the emergency measures and structural reforms necessary for the advancement of the country, as negotiated last April.
