Bou Saab says he disagrees that capital control law is against depositors’ rights

Deputy Speaker Elias Bou Saab stressed on Wednesday, after the joint parliamentary committees session to resume the capital control draft law discussion, that they may have begun paving the way for serious discussion.”

 

Bou Saab then stated that he does not agree that “the capital control law is against the rights of depositors.”
