Pierre el-Daher’s attorney: We have seen today increase in contradictions and fragility of arguments

The attorney of LBCI chairman Sheikh Pierre El Daher, Naoum Farah said on Friday that setting a date for issuing a final sentence in the lawsuit filed by the Lebanese Forces against LBCI can not be considered as a victory, adding that the LF tried to politicize the case.

 

"Trials lasted 11 years because their stance is weak," Farah added.

 

Prior to the session, Farah said that the hearing was adjourned until today because the Lebanese Forces submitted a memorandum.

“The hearing was postponed so we can examine the plaintiff’s memorandum,” he said.

“Today, we have seen an increase in the amount of contradictions and in the fragility of the arguments,” he stressed.
