REPORT: Celebratory shooting under fire in Lebanon

Lebanese people are used to express their joy, grief or anger by lifting weapons and firing in the air.

The practice has reaped a lot of innocent victims throughout the years and does not seem to extinct any time soon.

The last incident being the gunshots fired in the Bekaa region of Hortaala after the release of Lebanese businessman Riyad al-Masri from prison.
