REPORT: Closer look on Lebanese laws on drugs
Law No. 673/98 is the law governing drugs in Lebanon. It differentiates between the drug dealer and the drug abuser.

It treats the first as a sick person and the second as a criminal.

This report will shed light on these laws as well as their amendments.
