Speaker Nabih Berri met on Thursday in Ain el-Tineh with the Central African Republic President Faustin-Archange Touadera who is on an official visit to Lebanon.
Following the meeting, Berri announced that it was agreed to encourage Lebanese investments in Central Africa and to facilitate their work, stressing on boosting the bilateral relations.
For his part, President Touadera pointed out that Lebanon “has faced difficult times, but was able to recover.”
“We want to draw lessons from him about solving our ongoing crisis”, said the President.
