A few days before the end of the month, when the public sector employees were supposed to receive their salaries according to the new pay scale, the decision of the Constitutional Council was issued regarding the new tax hike law, which was supposed to fund the pay scale.
The decision, which repealed the tax law, raised concerned over the fate of the pay scale and the salaries.
