In case Prime Minister Saad Hariri insisted on his resignation after returning to Lebanon, the constitutional measure to be taken next will be the binding parliamentary consultations to be conducted by President Michel Aoun.
In this regard, the majority of the blocs have already confirmed that they will re-nominate Hariri in these consultations.
However, in case Hariri decided to form a new cabinet while raising the ceiling of the conditions regarding Hezbollah, will the parliamentary support remain the same?
