The agreement reached between the International Community and Lebanon during Paris 4 and Cedre conferences will not see progress before the formation of a new cabinet, which is the main condition to the implementation of the economic reforms imposed by Paris 4.
This statement was made by French Ambassador to Lebanon Bruno Foucher on the eve of France’s National Day in a meeting with journalist, where he stated that there is a delay in the cabinet formation.
