After Britain issued a decision classifying Hezbollah as a terrorist organization without separating between the military and political wings, British Under Secretary of State Alitsair Burt arrived to Beirut to meet with Lebanese officials.
During his meeting with Prime Minister Saad Hariri, Burt explained the decision issued by the British government.
