Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil referred the budget draft law including the proposed reductions on the expenses to the cabinet’s Secretariat General.
The minister continued his intensive meetings with the government’s officials in order to review the budget’s numbers, in light of the discussions held by Prime Minister Saad Hariri with representatives of parliamentary blocs and political parties.
Minister Hassan Khalil refuses to reveal his reduction proposals, stating that all that has been leaked in this regard is not true.
